La reacción adversa al alimento (RAA) cutánea es un importante diagnóstico diferencial dentro de las diferentes patologías dermatológicas. La presentación cutánea más común de la RAA recuerda a la dermatitis atópica canina (DAC) y se piensa que comparte una patogenia común. Otros signos cutáneos comunicados de RAA son la otitis externa, el prurito, la urticaria, la seborrea, la vasculitis y la onicodistrofia; pudiendo haber o no signos gastrointestinales concurrentes. - La reacción adversa al alimento cutánea normalmente se presenta con los mismos signos que la dermatitis atópica canina.
