I have extensive experience of working in higher education in senior management, teaching and academic consultancy roles. I have managed a programme of psychology modules across the South East for the Open University which including leading a large team of psychology associate lecturers and authoring module materials, as well as online resources. I have developed practitioner research into higher education particularly focusing on approaches to online learning, as well as supporting widening participation in higher education. I teach psychology, specialist communication and research skills at the University of Surrey and The Open University. I have developed an innovative online programme of webinars for the British Psychological Society’s Division of Occupational Psychology, and am consultant to a number of projects developing online professional training resources in workplace settings. I am developing a specialism in coaching psychology, with a particular interest in leadership and performance coaching.
