The objective was to determine the effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) at controlled internal drug release insert (CIDR) insertion on Day 0 and number of prostaglandin F2 (PGF) doses at CIDR removal on Day 5 on artificial insemination pregnancy rate (AI-PR) in a 5-d CO-Synch + CIDR program in heifers.
