A veterinary clinic or hospital is no different, though in general the veterinarians do not realize it. Veterinary professionals act as if the consumer of their services were the animals and give little or no importance to their relationship with their tutors. Successful veterinary establishments are invariably administered with the understanding that animals are the PATIENTS and humans are the true CLIENTS, after all, they have the decision-making power to choose which clinic or hospital they will attend.
It is relatively simple and easy to positively surprise customers of veterinary establishments since, in general, no effort is employed in this regard.
