The objective of this talk is to review the evolution and current situation of the phenomenon of corporate veterinary clinics in Europe from the perspective and experience of the Federation of Veterinarians of Europe (FVE), which integrates 50 professional organizations from 40 European countries, and brings together a total of about 250,000 veterinarians.
In the current economic system, the business consolidation process occurs when some companies start acquiring other companies in the same sector, drastically reducing the number of competitors.
