Humanity is undergoing a period of deep and rapid transformation since the end of the 20th century. In the 21st century each passing year seems to be equivalent to 10 or 15 years of the past. The way we currently communicate, choose transportation, buy products among other consumer habits are very different from what we did in the last decade. These changes have caused some markets to emerge, others to grow and some to disappear, very quickly. In veterinary medicine it was no different and the technological advances were surprising in the last 30 years which brought to the professionals many possibilities of diagnoses and treatments previously unthinkable.
