    *Celulosa purificada de fibras largas (200 - 300µm); 10 g de celulosa sustituyen a 70 g de salvado.

    Añadir un suplemento vitamínico- mineral bien equilibrado.

    La ración preparada de esta manera contiene un 24% de materia seca y un 76% de agua

    * Se debe prescribir el racionamiento en función del peso ideal y no del peso real del perro. El nivel de asignación energética (entre el 40 y el 100% de la necesidad energética de mantenimiento o NEM) varía dependiendo del grado de obesidad y de la respuesta del perro (véase el capítulo anterior).

    ** Se aconseja fraccionar la ración diaria en 2 o 3 comidas para aumentar los gastos energéticos asociados a la termogénesis postpandrial.
