Patellar luxation is a condition that commonly occurs concurrently with CrCL injury. Surgical correction of both conditions can be performed during the same surgery. This lecture will discuss the different methods of transposing the tibial tuberosity with TPLO an CBLO to align the quadriceps mechanism.
