CSU - Equine Reproduction Laboratory
The Equine Reproduction Laboratory is part of the Animal Reproduction and Biotechnology Laboratory in the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University. The CSU Equine Reproduction Program has developed leading-edge equine reproduction techniques for the equine industry for over 45 years.
About the Organisation
Techniques such as collection of semen and artificial insemination, recovery and transfer of equine embryos, shipping cooled semen, and shipping cooled embryos are now routine in the equine industry, due in large part to the research, education, and outreach efforts of the CSU Equine Reproduction Laboratory.
The Equine Reproduction Laboratory collaborates with other Colorado State equine programs including the CSU Equine Orthopaedic Research Center, Equine Services at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, and the CSU Equine Sciences Program.
