This talk will address evidence-based rehabilitation from back pain in the context of the biomechanical effects of different gaits and exercises on vertebral motion, muscle recruitment patterns, and the ability to stabilise the intervertebral joints.
Specific rehabilitation techniques will be described within the general categories of ground-based mobilisations, unridden exercise and mounted training, with focus on the progression and integration of different types of exercise.
