This presentation is a summary of a project I undertook in 2017 examining the success of the Trust model of business ownership and how it may apply to veterinary practice. At the time of the project, there were four veterinary practices in the UK which operated under this model. One of the most familiar nonveterinary brands associated with this ownership structure is the John Lewis Partnership, which also incorporates Waitrose.
