Continued refinement of scanning skills of the more difficult organs (pancreas, adrenals, GI, and so on) and the pathology associated with these organs. This course will cover Doppler imaging and its applications for portosystemic shunt evaluation. Case studies and discussions applicable to advanced soft tissue imaging will be covered. Taught by a board certified radiologist 

Objectives:  

Imaging of the more difficult organs (pancreas, adrenals, lymph nodes, etc.) as well as a review of the “Big 5”

  • Continued refinement of scanning skills of the more difficult organs (pancreas, adrenals, GI, etc…) and the pathology associated with these organs 
  • This course will cover Doppler imaging and its applications for portosystemic shunt evaluation 
  • Case studies and discussions applicable to advanced soft tissue imaging 
  • Taught by a board certified radiologist 

Who Should Attend?  
Veterinarians and technicians who have completed the Soft Tissue Intermediate course, or have had equivalent clinical experience.
