This course will cover the key practical aspects of nutrition and feeding management in the beef herd and highlight how these can be used as indicators of health and performance. It will also include common nutritional issues and how to manage these, as well as case study examples.

- Forage and feed evaluation – what to look for on a silage analysis and feed labels
- Suckler cow nutrition including feed management and troubleshooting alongside case studies
