Nicola Mason, BVMS MRCVS qualified from Glasgow Vet School in 2002 with commendation. The founder of Durham Equine, she is an experienced veterinarian who has had a passion for horses since childhood. Nicola started her career in Northumberland then moved to Scotland before setting up this, her own practice in 2010. Nicola spent her youth with horses & always wanted to be an equine vet. Growing up, she would be found riding her own ponies or would be helping at the local riding school.
Nicola regularly holds lecture demos and presentations on Equine Health and runs the Durham Equine Healthy Horse Club. In her spare time (which she has little of!) she enjoys rowing & walking her dog.
