Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons

Professional Experience:
Full clinical and academic career completed at the department of Surgery and Anaesthesiology of Domestic animals at Ghent University. Presently full professor and head of department and large animal clinics of surgery and anaesthesiology at Ghent University.

Served as ECVS exam committee member and ECVS program committee member for several years. ECVS board member, ECVS president and chair of the ECVS board for the past 6 years.
