A graduate of ACVIM, the American College of Internal Medicine of Large Animals since 2008 and recognized as a specialist veterinarian by the French-speaking Regional Council of the Order of Veterinary Doctors of Belgium, Dr Laureline Lecoq graduated from the University of Liège in 2003. After a year of internship at the veterinary clinic in Morette, she left to specialize in Internal Horse Medicine in Canada in 2004. For 7 years, she worked in the university team of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Montreal in Saint-Hyacinthe among the leading specialists in internal medicine and horse surgery. Since summer 2011, she has returned to live with her family in Belgium where she worked in a private clinic in the province of Liège before opening her Equine Internal Ambulatory Medicine service. During all these years of practice, whether in the private sector or in universities, Dr. Laureline Lecoq has acquired unique experience and skills in Belgium. Internal medicine and horses are a real passion that she transmits whenever she has the opportunity. She is the author of articles published in scientific veterinary journals, book chapters and articles in journals for the general public.
