Duncan J.

James Duncan graduated BVMS from the University in 1963. Following graduation, he worked in general practice in East Fife. He then worked in Kenya where he developed his interest in veterinary parasitology.

On his return to the UK, Duncan joined the Veterinary Parasitology group at the University. He was appointed Professor of Clinical Veterinary Parasitology in 1987. Professor Duncan retired in 2002.
