Cuervo-Arango J.

Juan Cuervo-Arango Lecina was born in Murcia in 1980. After graduating in veterinary medicine and surgery in 2003 in Murcia (Spain), he continued his postgraduate education and gained his master’s in Equine Sciences at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, Edinburgh in 2005. In 2006, he started a residency in theriogenology in large animals at the Royal Veterinary College (London). He was awarded the RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Reproduction in 2008 and became a European Specialist in equine reproduction in 2009. In 2010 he received his PhD from Helsinki University, Finland. He worked as associate professor in the Veterinary School of CEU-Cardenal Herrera, Valencia (2009–2016); since 2016 he has worked as assistant professor and specialist in equine reproduction at the Department of Equine Sciences, Veterinary School, Utrecht University, The Netherlands.
