Description 
Canine and feline emergency medicine uses a media rich, problem-oriented approach to support veterinarians to confidently perform triage, major body system assessment and stabilise emergency patients (with or without a tentative diagnosis) for commonly encountered emergencies. Sarah Haldane BVSc, BAnSc, MANZCVS, MVSc, Dip ACVECC will guide you through diagnostic strategies, fluid therapy, pain relief and other aspects of supportive care and monitoring for the emergency patient. A printed study guide includes lecturer-authored course notes and signposts additional reading and online learning activities. An optional three day on-campus workshop of lectures and practical sessions is incorporated.
