Description 
This one-day course on equine embryo transfer will provide veterinarians with four (4) hours of lecture and four (4) hours of practical laboratory experience from some of the world leaders in equine embryo transfer. Lectures will include donor mare management, embryo collection procedures, embryo evaluation, recipient mare management, and transfer of embryos. Laboratory experiences will include embryo collection techniques, handling of embryos, evaluation of embryos, cooled-transport of embryos and non-surgical transfer of embryos. Vitrification of embryos is an optional lab held the following morning.

Vitrification of embryos is an optional lab held the following morning after the Equine Embryo Transfer course. NOTE: You must register for the Equine Embryo Transfer Course to attend this lab.
